Clear policies build trust. You can edit these later in the file: public/pages/policies.php.

Delivery

• Lagos: Same-day / next-day options where available.
• Nationwide: 1–5 working days depending on location and courier.
• Delivery fees are shown during checkout (or confirmed for manual orders).

Payments

• Paystack and Flutterwave (cards, transfers/USSD depending on bank).
• Bank Transfer (Manual): Order is reserved, and you upload/submit proof of payment. Admin confirms before marking as paid.

Returns & Warranty

• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery for fast resolution.
• Items must be returned in original condition where applicable.
• Manufacturer warranty applies to eligible devices (terms depend on brand/model).
